These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rohz mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Rohz is a mental health and emotional wellbeing companion: journaling, check-ins, and gentle habit support. It is not a medical device and does not provide professional therapy or clinical advice.

2. Not medical advice

The Service is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or others, call your local emergency number immediately or seek emergency help.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter into the app (such as journal entries and check-ins). You grant us a limited right to process that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohz and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
