Rohz (“we”, “us”) is a mental health companion app built to be simple and privacy-minded. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Rohz app and this website collect, how it is used, and your choices.

Account information

If you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication (Google Firebase) to provide sign up and sign in. Firebase may process:

• Authentication identifiers (such as a user ID)
• Security-related metadata (e.g., sign-in timestamps, IP-based security checks)

App content

The app lets you create content such as check-ins and journal entries. This content is stored locally on your device unless you enable a cloud sync feature in a future version.

Support communications

If you contact support, we will receive the information you include (such as your email address and message) and use it only to respond and troubleshoot.

How we use information

• Provide sign up/sign in and maintain your session
• Operate, maintain, and improve the app
• Respond to support requests
• Protect against fraud and abuse

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the app (such as Firebase Authentication) and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion by contacting support. App content stored on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.

Rohz is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
