Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your authentication account (Firebase Authentication).
• Rohz app data stored on this device for your current account (for example: local preferences and cached content).

How to delete your account

1. Open the Rohz app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm.

If deletion fails

If you see an error, make sure you’re connected to the internet and try again. Some sign-in methods may require you to re-authenticate before deletion can complete.

If you’re still stuck, email support@rohz.info and include your device model and app version.

Remove local app data

You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app from your device. (Uninstalling does not delete your authentication account unless you also complete the in-app deletion flow above.)
